During the campaign period, please try "Dry Layer Cool" in actual field conditions. If you are not satisfied with the dryness, we will refund the full product price within 30 days of your purchase, even after use.

Return Method (Full Refund)

If you are not satisfied, please request a return and refund according to the following procedure, depending on where you purchased the item.

For purchases at nationwide retail stores and direct stores (TOKYO BASE)

Please bring your purchase receipt and the item to be returned to the store where you made the purchase. You will fill out a form stating the reason for return at the store, and receive your refund on the spot. *Returns and refunds are only accepted at the store where the purchase was made.

For purchases at the finetrack Official WEB STORE

We will confirm the return details before processing your return. Please reply to the "Order Confirmation" email you received at the time of your order, or contact us at order@finetrack.com with the following information. We will contact you back after confirming the details.

*Replies will be made on the next business day or later for weekends, holidays, summer holidays (August 8-16), and outside business hours. *Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. *For purchases made on the WEB STORE, the "shipping date" will be considered the purchase date.
