(Headquarters: Kuki City, Saitama, Representative Director & CEO: Hiroto Morozumi), has obtained ISO45001 certification, the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. ISO45001 is a globally recognized framework that defines the mechanism and its operation for preventing work-related injuries and illnesses among workers and achieving the provision of safe and healthy workplaces. Recognizing that maintaining a work environment where each employee involved in production can continue to work safely and with peace of mind is essential for the stable supply of products supported by diverse customers, FineToday Industries has established proprietary rules in accordance with occupational health and safety laws and is actively working to make the work environment safer. As part of these efforts, the company conducts risk assessments and extracts hazard sources related to workplace equipment, handled chemical substances, work environments, and tasks, leading to the removal of hazardous locations and the reduction of danger levels. Furthermore, the company conducts educational programs where employees can simulate frequent accidents and various occupational disasters at production sites, allowing them to learn the mechanisms of occupational disasters and aim for their prevention.
