Findy Inc. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yuichiro Yamada, hereinafter "the Company"), which provides an engineer platform, announced that it has started accepting applications for the AI agent development hackathon "DevOps × AI Agent Hackathon", sponsored by Google Cloud Japan LLC.

Background While the use of AI agents is rapidly expanding, many engineers face the challenge of "being able to create prototypes but not being able to put them into practical operation." This hackathon is a unique practical program in Japan where participants can experience the DevOps cycle of planning, developing, deploying, and operating AI agents. By utilizing Google Cloud (Gemini API, etc.) as essential technology, it provides an opportunity to hone AI agent development skills that are useful in real-world applications, not just "create and finish."

Eligible Participants Software engineers interested in practical development using AI (*1) (*1) Individuals aged 18 or older residing in Japan and teams composed of individuals are eligible to participate.

Program and Schedule 1. Application Applications begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, via the special website.

2. Team Building (Offline / Tokyo) On Sunday, June 7, 2026, a team formation and idea generation event will be held at Findy Office. Individual participants can also form teams here.

3. AI Agent Hands-on "Agentic AI Bootcamp 2026" In addition to Google Cloud Japan's AI Agent Hands-on series "Agentic AI Bootcamp 2026," practical online content will be provided by various tool vendors. It can be attended for free (pre-registration required).

4. Project Submission Deadline: Friday, July 10, 2026.

5. Finalist Announcement Announced on Thursday, July 30, 2026, on the special page and Google Cloud Japan Blog.

6. Final Competition Held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Google Office (Shibuya Stream). Live streaming is also planned. 10 finalist teams will give their final presentations, and awards will be decided.
