After graduating from Kaisei High School, he went to the University of Tokyo, originating from the Matsuo Lab. After working at the foreign consulting firm Boston Consulting Group, he founded the AI chatbot company BEDORE Inc. (now PKSHA Communication) and co-founded the legal tech company MNTSQ, Inc., engaging in social system transformation through technology. Ran for the Tokyo gubernatorial election in 2024 and received 150,000 votes. Formed "Team Mirai" in May 2025, won his first election to the House of Councillors (proportional representation), achieving a vote share of over 2% to meet political party requirements. Centered on citizen participation utilizing AI, he practices activities connecting the field with policy and interactive communication.
