Findy Inc. Against the backdrop of the evolution of generative AI and rapid changes in the business environment, the roles required of engineers are expanding. Beyond mere "implementation," there is a growing demand for engineers to be responsible for deciding "what to build," judging "how far their responsibility extends," and facilitating the "connection between technology and business." This conference will multifacetedly address the changes surrounding engineers, covering shifts in roles, connection with business, career options, and organizational design, from the perspectives of "how far has the role of an engineer actually expanded?" and "within that expanded scope of responsibility, what should be the guiding principles for decisions?"
