To achieve further growth, the company held an internal briefing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, for 17 managers regarding the action plan for the second year of its three-year medium-term management plan.

Results of the 40th Term: Sales reached over 4.1 billion yen (111.4% year-on-year). Four new stores were opened, contributing to growth from the 39th term.
New stores opened in the 40th term: deux C Hiroshima Station Building minamoa (March 2025), B AND A Hiroshima Station Building minamoa (March 2025), deux C Nishinomiya Hankyu (March 2025), and BASIC AND ACCENT NEWoMan Takanawa (September 2025).
Medium-Term Management Policy: 1. Branding: Enhancing brand power from product planning to customer service, creating added value, and strengthening market competitiveness. 2. Financial Strengthening: Sales target of approximately 4.3 billion yen (103% year-on-year). Ensuring stable profits to enhance business continuity. 3. Talent Development: Reconfirming responsibilities and authorities for each position and encouraging employees to take on new challenges.
