FEZ Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuji Akao), along with its group companies FiveCU Inc. and Trema Inc., announced that it will relocate its headquarters to the Hibiya Central Building in Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, effective June 29, 2026, to support business expansion.

## Background
With the mission to 'create a new paradigm for the retail industry,' FEZ provides solutions based on its premier retail data platform, 'Urumo,' helping manufacturers and retailers solve complex business challenges.

Driven by shifts in consumer behavior, diversifying customer needs, and the growing demand for data utilization, the retail environment is rapidly evolving. To address these changes and accommodate organizational growth, FEZ decided to move its headquarters.

## New Office Features
While maintaining a free-address work environment, the new office will feature an added event and seminar space. This aims to foster internal communication and strengthen connections with business partners and the broader industry.
