"ANA Holiday Inn Kobe Sanda" to Begin Rebranded Operations on Monday, April 27, 2026

Select Hotels Group (Kudan-Kita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Nakamura) has decided to commence operations of "ANA Holiday Inn Kobe Sanda" after its rebranding on Monday, April 27, 2026.

"Holiday Inn" is one of the most trusted and recognized hotel brands worldwide. This facility will be the first foreign-affiliated brand hotel in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture, and will be a new addition to the "Holiday Inn" portfolio, which currently has 15 hotels in Japan (including those under preparation for opening).

Simultaneously, Hotel Viantos, a group hotel in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, will also be rebranded to "Holiday Inn." This will bring the total number of IHG brand hotels within the Select Hotels Group to four, including "ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Kumamoto New Sky" and "ANA Holiday Inn Iwate Kitakami."

"ANA Holiday Inn Kobe Sanda" will feature 130 guest rooms. Incorporating the unique design and services of "Holiday Inn," the space will be refreshed to combine comfort and sophistication. Furthermore, the brand's iconic "Open Lobby" concept will be introduced, transforming the hotel into a relaxing and convenient destination suitable for various occasions, from business to tourism.

In addition, the "Kids Stay & Eat Free" program (*), highly acclaimed by families worldwide, will be introduced, providing excellent value for families and a wide range of guests.
(*) A service for children under the "Holiday Inn" brand. Children aged 12 and under eat free from the restaurant's kids' menu when accompanied by at least one adult. Also, up to two children aged 17 and under can stay for free when sharing a room with up to two adults (extra beds are also free), and special amenities for children are provided.

The hotel facilities include an open lobby, restaurants, fitness center, and banquet halls, catering to diverse needs such as accommodation, meetings, banquets, and various events. Additionally, the premises offer 75 free parking spaces for guests arriving by car.

As a newly opened or renovated IHG hotel in the Pacific region, this hotel is eligible for a special discount for IHG One Rewards members, offering a 10% discount off the current Best Flexible Rate for a limited time.
