Initiatives through this Program Through the Growth Acceleration Program, we will further strengthen our efforts in the following areas: ・Accelerating the development of new raw materials in the food and beverage sector Development and scale-up of bio-based raw materials utilizing unused resources such as by-products from food factories and non-standard products.

・Overseas Market Expansion Promoting global expansion by advancing demonstrations and partner searches in markets, primarily in North America.

・Expansion of Technology and Business Models Exploring the unique functionalities of unused resources through fermentation technology. We will explore the potential of bio-based raw materials that contribute to health, not just taste and flavor, and implement them socially through technology provision and sales of our own raw materials.

About Fermentation Station's Technology and Business Co-creation In recent years, the effective utilization of unused biomass, including food loss and residues/surplus agricultural products generated during food manufacturing processes, is a global challenge for a sustainable future. However, there are not many methods to connect unused biomass, which has diverse characteristics, with upcycled materials (cosmetic and food ingredients) that have the desired functions and properties.
