Notice of Application Start for Nakano Ward's 'Spring Premium Nakapay'

Felica Pocket Marketing Inc. (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Tetsuji Nomura, hereinafter 'Our Company') has been providing the digital local currency app 'Nakapay' in Nakano Ward, Tokyo, since September 2024.

We are pleased to announce that Nakano Ward has started accepting applications for the 'Spring Premium Nakapay' on the 'Nakapay' app from Wednesday, April 15, 2026. For this project, Our Company is responsible for providing the system and app, while the operating secretariat is handled by JTB Corp. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Eijiro Yamakita).

In this initiative, premium points equivalent to 20% of the purchase amount will be granted, which can be used at participating stores within the ward.

In addition, to allow more people to participate, a wide number of winning slots are secured, and a system is established to prioritize those who have never won the 'Premium Nakapay' before.

Purchase Limit: Up to 4 sets per person (Purchasing 4 sets for 20,000 yen yields up to 4,000 yen in points)
Application Method: Lottery sales via advance application. Download the 'Nakapay' app and apply from within the app. *One application per person.

Nakapay takes on new initiatives every fiscal year.
Last fiscal year, in collaboration with the 'Health and Happiness Point Project'—where you accumulate points by walking, measuring, and participating—we were able to grant Nakapay points to approximately 1,000 people.
In FY 2026, in addition to the above, we plan to grant points in various situations of daily life, such as health checkups and disaster drills. Through Nakapay, we aim to be a currency that supports health creation and community connections.
