3. Those whose app registration information matches the basic resident register information.
* Even if you have resident registration as of March 1, 2026, if your user information is not registered in the app or differs from the basic resident register information, points will not be granted. However, if you meet the above requirements as of the reference dates from April onwards, you will be eligible for the grant.
* Ends as soon as the budget limit is reached.
