Co-creation Project 'Shibuya Playground' Expanding the City as a Sports Field: 'FIBA 3X3 SHIBUYA CHALLENGER 2026' to be Held on April 18-19

Shibuya Mirai Design (Location: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; hereinafter "Shibuya Mirai Design"), as part of the "Shibuya Playground" project (Shibuya Playground), which implements Shibuya Ward's basic concept of "15㎢ Sports Field" and "promotion of universal sports," will co-host the "FIBA 3X3 SHIBUYA CHALLENGER 2026" international 3-on-3 basketball tournament, organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), with Shibuya Ward on April 18 (Saturday) and 19 (Sunday), 2026, for two days at Ebisu Garden Place Center Plaza (Location: Ebisu 4-chome, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo). This tournament is Japan's first FIBA 3x3 CHALLENGER international tournament to be held in an urban public space, bringing together world-class athletes in the Shibuya-Ebisu area.
