[Drawing Management DX] New 'Attachment List' Feature Added to Builder Communication App 'plantable'

FDC Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takanori Wada), which operates the communication app for builders 'plantable,' has released a new feature called 'Attachment List' to eliminate the 'information burial' that hinders the operational efficiency of builders. In custom home projects spanning several months, it centrally manages drawings and estimates that tend to be scattered, providing a smooth information-sharing environment. It eliminates the 'searching back through documents' that troubles both the site and the office. In home building sites, hundreds of photos, multiple drawings due to repeated design changes, and estimates are exchanged via chat. However, with conventional chat tools, the inefficient task of 'scrolling back through talk logs to find past decisions or the latest drawings' had become routine. With the implementation of this feature, the document management function as a system for builders has been strengthened. It has optimized the 'stock of information' so that necessary materials can be accessed immediately when needed. All shared files are consolidated in one place. In 'plantable' ver3.4, the automatic list function automatically organizes all files sent and received in each client group by 'attachment date and time.' A list can be displayed with one click from the left menu. The benefits for builders (site supervisors and design staff) include reducing the man-hours required to respond to 'resend requests' from clients. They can immediately identify the latest construction drawings and specifications from their smartphones even on-site, which directly leads to the prevention of construction errors. The benefits for clients include being able to review specifications under consideration and contract-related PDFs at any time, providing peace of mind as a 'home building file' for the digital age. An 'Attachment List' item has been newly added to the left menu within each client group. Each file attached to topics in the target group in the past is listed in order of attachment date and time.
