While valuing character formation based on Christian education, the school has been practicing education that supports the personal growth of each student. With this policy in mind, they focused on 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens J®' as an educational program to foster these abilities more systematically.

'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens J®' is an educational program systematized for junior high, high school, and vocational school students, based on the world bestseller 'The 7 Habits' by Dr. Stephen R. Covey. It has been introduced in approximately 100 schools nationwide, with over 360,000 students having learned through the program.

The school decided to adopt the program, evaluating its ability to cultivate 'the will to live' in a concrete and practical manner, as an initiative to refine the foundation of individuals from the early stage of junior high school.
