FastNeura × TUNE Project Sign MOU for Joint Research to Advance Neurofeedback Technology

(Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Narihiro Mizuguchi; hereinafter "FastNeura") and the TUNE Project (Representative: Takuya Deriha; hereinafter "TUNE"), which promotes the social implementation of neurofeedback, are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for joint research on the advancement of neurofeedback technology and brain state optimization.

■ Overview and Background of the Joint Research In recent years, real-time measurement and feedback technology for biological signals, including electroencephalography (EEG), has been gaining attention as a growth market both domestically and internationally, driven by increasing interest in mental health and well-being.

This joint research will fuse Sync, our company's multimodal biological signal AI analysis platform, with the practical knowledge of "neurofeedback × scientific meditation" cultivated by the TUNE project. Through this, we aim to provide a "personally optimized neurofeedback experience" tailored to each user's brain state and to accelerate brain science research.

■ Future Outlook: Four Key Areas Through this partnership, both parties will promote the following initiatives:

**1. Providing Personally Optimized Experiences:** Utilize Sync's analysis engine to deliver personalized feedback to TUNE participants.

**2. Joint Database Construction:** Build one of Japan's largest longitudinal neurofeedback databases to strengthen the research foundation.

**3. Corporate Expansion:** Jointly develop well-being programs to support corporate human capital management and mental health.

**4. Academic Dissemination:** Contribute to the field of brain science through presentations at academic conferences and submission of research papers.
