FastLabel and RealMan Robotics Conclude Global Strategic Agreement in Physical AI ~Supporting VLA Model Development by Providing World-Class Robot Training Data~

FastLabel Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Takeshi Suzuki, hereinafter "FastLabel"), which supports the development of robot foundation models and domain-specific VLA models, has entered into a global strategic agreement with RealMan Robotics (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "RealMan"), the Japanese subsidiary of RUIERMAN INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY (BEIJING) CO., LTD. (headquartered in Beijing, China, Representative Director: Zheng Suibing), a global leading company in humanoid and collaborative robots. This agreement aims to promote collaboration using actual robots for the collection of robot training data and the construction of pipelines for robot foundation model development and VLA model development.

【Background of Global Strategic Agreement:】

In recent years, as the robotics industry undergoes rapid structural transformation worldwide, the practical application of Physical AI, which integrates perception, judgment, and operation, is accelerating, driven by advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and other technologies. However, to achieve advanced capabilities in fields such as autonomous driving and robotics, a data pipeline that supports the entire process from data collection, preparation, quality control, to utilization is indispensable, and its importance is increasing for social implementation.

Against this backdrop, FastLabel, which offers integrated solutions from real-world data collection to labeling and development support in the robotics AI domain, and RealMan, which possesses robotics technology with excellent performance in real environments, have decided to collaborate. This partnership will enable the provision of robot training data that guarantees world-class quality to companies and research institutions promoting the development of robot foundation models and VLA models, leading to the conclusion of this agreement.

【Details of the Strategic Partnership Agreement:】

Through this partnership, both companies will promote collaboration in research and development for robotics AI business, as well as data collection, preparation, and provision. FastLabel will be responsible for robotics AI development support (concept formulation, requirements definition), robot setup, and support/agency for collecting data for imitation learning, while RealMan will provide humanoid robots for imitation learning.

Specifically, RealMan will preferentially provide its latest model, the "Humanoid Dual-Arm Lifting Data Collection Humanoid with 7-Axis Arm & Torque Sensor Edition," to FastLabel. At FastLabel's established R&D center, they aim to establish data quality and pipelines for VLA model development by producing real-world data for multi-modal vision, language, and VLA.
