Aeon Fantasy Achieves 4.6% Employment Rate for People with Disabilities in FY2025

Aeon Fantasy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; President: Tokuya Fujiwara) is pleased to announce that its employment rate for people with disabilities reached a record high of 4.6% (total of 201 employees) in fiscal year 2025. The company's employment rate for people with disabilities has been on an upward trend from 2.6% in FY2020, significantly exceeding the statutory employment rate for private companies (2.5%, to be raised to 2.7% from July 2026) and the 2.41% actual employment rate for private companies announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for 2025. This high employment achievement is the result of realizing an advanced office environment where 'one in five employees (approx. 20%, totaling 45 people) at the headquarters is a staff member with a disability,' combined with 'active job creation and employment promotion at stores nationwide.' Furthermore, as a result of launching 'store retention interviews' in FY2025, the retention rate for employees with disability certificates reached a high level of 86.8%.
