Kaede Kitabayashi's 1st Digital Mini Album "MayBloom." is set for digital release on Friday, May 1st!

Her first mini-album will include a total of 8 songs, featuring "I LOVE MESS," "Signal RED," and "Niji" (Rainbow), which were digitally released consecutively for three months last year, along with new tracks.

Ahead of the release, newly shot artist photos, album artwork, and the Music Video for the lead song "Aimai Romance" were unveiled today.

 

The Music Video for this work is a visual piece that intertwines a sense of speed and lyricism.

It symbolically depicts Kaede Kitabayashi sharply turning the steering wheel while driving, strongly emphasizing her fluctuating emotions and the "course of destiny."

The performance scenes capture the dynamic and vibrant performance unique to a band. Combined with the fast-paced camerawork, the video allows viewers to directly experience the energy of the song.

On the sound front, Takuto Akizuki, former guitarist of Kankaku Piero, was in charge of composition. The fast-paced melody line and intricately intertwined band ensemble add depth to the song.

Furthermore, both the video and the music incorporate a nostalgic texture reminiscent of the 90s, building a world that leaves a sense of sadness and lingering emotion, as indicated by the title "Aimai Romance" (Ambiguous Romance).

In 2024, she advanced to the 4th round of judging in the large-scale audition program "timelesz project -AUDITION-" (commonly known as "TaiPro") distributed on Netflix. After digitally releasing "I LOVE MESS" on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, she continued with three consecutive monthly digital releases. With her straightforward singing voice and unwavering style, she began to carve her own story into music. As an actress, she made her stage debut in June in the Gekidan Prestage 23rd main performance "URA! URA! Booost" and will make her film debut in the movie "Koe yo Hirogare" (Spread Your Voice), scheduled for release in January 2027, expanding her field of activity.
