Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts has participated in the joint project "Online Marunouchi Health Room" by Mitsubishi Estate and Famione since its launch in 2021, actively utilizing it to improve employee health literacy, promote understanding of women's specific health issues, and create a work environment where everyone can work comfortably. As the needs and challenges of employees became clearer through online mini-seminars and individual counseling sessions held in "Online Marunouchi Health Room," the company felt the need for a more continuous and practical health support system, leading to the full-scale introduction of Famione's healthcare consultation services.

By establishing an environment where each employee can consult with experts with peace of mind, the company is promoting further improvement of well-being and the creation of a more comfortable workplace.
