The seminar was led by Sayaka Toda, a certified psychologist and clinical psychologist from Famione, who provided clear explanations on the fundamentals of menstrual and menopausal symptoms, practical self-care strategies, and how to support others facing these health issues.
Prior to the seminar, a pre-event survey was conducted asking questions such as 'Are there any health concerns or difficulties you are experiencing?' and 'What are you currently doing for wellness aging and self-care?' The responses revealed specific concerns related to menstruation, PMS, and menopause, highlighting the need to improve employees' health literacy.
On the day, 23 participants attended in person and 64 joined online. The session adopted an interactive lecture format, incorporating self-check sheets on menopause and sleep. In the final workshop, participants formed groups of four to discuss the question: 'How can we seamlessly integrate unaddressed self-care practices into daily life?' Online participants also engaged in breakout room discussions, sharing insights via chat, creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Background of the Seminar
In April 2026, Kyusai launched 'f44 (F Forty-Four),' a femcare brand targeting women in their 40s and 50s—the 'generation of responsibility' balancing work and family. A core principle behind the brand's launch was 'understanding age-related health challenges correctly as stakeholders.' Over 60% of Kyusai's employees are women, many of whom belong to the same 40–50 age group targeted by the brand. However, even among those directly affected, accurate knowledge about female-specific health changes is often lacking. Motivated by the belief that 'to support customers, we must first educate ourselves,' Kyusai decided to hold an internal seminar on women's health.
