In this seminar, Emmi Shimura, Famione's Certified Reproductive Health Nurse and Fertility Counselor, gave an easy-to-understand explanation of preconception care. The seminar touched upon the mechanisms of menstruation and pregnancy, and life design, conveying the importance of acquiring correct knowledge through preconception care, and preparing one's mind and body to broaden future choices and live a more fulfilling life.

Participants also actively engaged in filling out life design sheets, taking the opportunity to re-examine their current situation and lifestyle habits.
