Komae City, Tokyo, to Continue Providing "Famione" for its "Fertility Online Consultation Service" in FY2026

Famione Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yusuke Ishikawa), which operates healthcare support services such as "Famione" (https://famione.com/benefit/) for corporate employees and local government residents, under the vision of "Supporting all people who wish for children to lead happy lives and create such a society," has announced that the provision of its "Fertility Online Consultation Service" for Komae City, Tokyo (Mayor: Toshio Matsubara, hereinafter Komae City), will continue in Reiwa 8 (fiscal year 2026).

Komae City introduced this service in fiscal year 2024, providing consultation support through online consultations. It aims to support citizens in making their own decisions regarding health initiatives, including choices for treatment and balancing work and family life.

The consultation content covers a wide range of health issues, including fertility treatment, menstruation, menopause, mental health, pregnancy/childbirth, childcare, recurrent miscarriage, stillbirth, and preconception care.

Komae citizens can use the Famione Premium Plan, normally 3,980 yen, for free, with unlimited text and call consultations. It can also be utilized as a "charm" tool that can be used in urgent situations or when immediate medical attention is not possible. In fiscal year 2025, promotional activities, such as service guidance at 1 year 6 months old child health check-up venues, led to a year-on-year increase in citizen registrations of approximately 490% (about 5.9 times).

■FY2025 Initiatives and Seminar Participant Voices
In fiscal year 2025, an online seminar titled "Everyone should know! Correct knowledge of menstruation/PMS and seminar to improve support" was held in November 2025.

A reproductive medical consultant (nurse) and a certified psychologist (clinical psychologist) spoke at the seminar. Before the event, a survey was conducted on concerns related to the pre-menstrual and menstrual periods, and real concerns and their realities were shared. Based on the survey responses, explanations were provided on menstruation requiring medical attention and care methods, as well as communication with partners and family, offering an opportunity for those not directly affected to engage with the topic of menstruation. The seminar received high evaluations for both participant satisfaction and understanding.
