Famione to Continue Providing Online Sexual and Reproductive Health Consultation Service for Miyazaki Prefecture in FY2026

Famione Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yusuke Ishikawa), which operates the healthcare support service 'Famione' (https://famione.com/benefit/) for corporate employees and municipal residents, has been commissioned by Miyazaki Prefecture (Governor: Shunji Kono) to continue providing the 'Online Sexual and Reproductive Health Consultation Service' in fiscal year 2026, following its initial introduction in fiscal year 2025.

Miyazaki Prefecture aims to provide correct information and consultations through LINE and other online platforms regarding fertility, infertility, and women's hormonal balance. This initiative is designed to reduce mental anxiety and help individuals make appropriate decisions regarding treatment options and work-life balance.

The consultation service covers a wide range of concerns, including not only infertility but also menstrual troubles, puberty issues, preconception care, pregnancy/childbirth, miscarriage/stillbirth, menopause, and sexual issues (contraception, STIs, unexpected pregnancy, mental healthcare, communication between partners, etc.).

'In the Online Sexual and Reproductive Health Consultation started last year, we received a wide range of inquiries from residents. We encourage everyone to use this service casually, even if they wonder if their concern is too small.'

In FY2025, various consultations were received concerning women's health and life stages. Topics included physical and mental disorders, pregnancy/infertility, and sexual concerns. Notably, mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, and the need to organize feelings were prominent. Many users consulted the service while undecided about visiting a medical institution, using it as a safe place to organize their thoughts.
