The "Super Chewy Bread" series, to be released this time, is a new product that has evolved popular and familiar breads such as caramel donuts, whipped anpan, and pizza bread into an unprecedented "super chewy" texture. It was developed as a product with a focus on dough, following the popular "Nama Koppe Bread" and "Shiro Nama Bread" from Famimaru Bakery. By pursuing a satisfying chewy texture, we aim to add further satisfaction to popular breads and deliver "happiness" to everyone's daily dining tables.

■Internal survey conducted on 193 FamilyMart employees

Prior to the launch, a tasting survey of the new "Super Chewy Bread" was conducted among 193 FamilyMart employees. Among the 124 employees who answered that they had eaten Famimaru Bakery bread within the past two weeks and liked bread very much or somewhat, 74% (89 employees), excluding those who did not answer the question, responded that the new texture was "the highest level ever" or "top class" compared to previous Famimaru Bakery breads. In addition, 76% (94 employees) of the same group responded that their first impression was "far beyond imagination" or "better than imagined." This result shows that many employees who regularly consume their own company's products felt a difference from previous products.
