Familiar Co., Ltd. (Location: Chuo-ku, Kobe City, President and CEO: Tadahiko Okazaki) will hold the pop-up shop "Mirai Department Store," a collection of various content that creates children's potential for the future, from Wednesday, July 22, 2026, to Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Coto Coto Stage 11 & 12 on the 1st floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store. Additionally, some content will be available at Familiar Kobe Main Store, Daikanyama Store, and the online shop.

Mirai Department Store started in 2022 with the theme "Biodiversity," followed by "Food" in 2023, "Botanical Garden" in 2024, and "COLORFUL PLANET" in 2025. Each year, lifestyle goods and experiential content such as workshops are offered under different concepts. Last year, over 6,000 customers visited, and the event garnered attention as a special event where visitors could experience the world of Familiar.

This fifth edition, themed "LOVE & PEACE," will feature content that embraces diverse cultures and expresses the joy of being oneself. The lineup includes the second collaboration project with "ANTEPRIMA," as well as miscellaneous goods featuring Familiar-chan and friends enjoying themselves. Furthermore, workshops such as "Familiar-chan's Shop Building Grand Plan" where you can complete the shop display with Familiar-chan, and the free "Let's Color LOVE & PEACE" are available. "DJ Familiar-chan," "Dreaming Ria-chan," "Dressing Up Honey-chan," "Camper Tom-kun," and "Collector Will-kun" appear on each item.

Items that add a POP of color to everyday life, combining Familiar Check with patterned fabric! Three items are available: a bag, a drawstring bag, and a pencil case, all easy to use daily. A key feature is the synthetic leather patch with an embossed bear and logo on all items.

Familiar-chan is working hard to build the shop for the opening of Mirai Department Store. With the opening just around the corner, preparations are not on schedule!? The original bag used in the event can be taken home as a souvenir.
