2. Content Goal 1: Increase the number of female managers (deputy department manager level or higher) to 8 or more. Goal 2: Increase the number of female specialists (technical professionals) by 3 from the current level. *Applicable employees are those engaged in the construction department (excluding administrative staff). Goal 3: Achieve a retention rate of 75% or higher for employees within their first 3 years of joining the company (regardless of gender).

2. Content Goal 1: Maintain a 100% childcare leave acquisition rate for women during the plan period. Achieve a 75% or higher acquisition rate for men regarding childcare leave or childcare-related leave (special leave) during the plan period. Goal 2: Keep statutory overtime and holiday work hours for full-time employees to less than 30 hours per month on average. *Excluding those on reduced working hours for childcare. Goal 3: Achieve an annual paid leave acquisition rate of 80% or higher for all employees, including fixed-term employees.
