■Implementation of Inclusive Performances
Regardless of disability, all members stand on the same stage and perform together. We continue to create new forms of expression based on "how we can do it together" rather than "can or cannot do it."
■Initiatives in the Welfare Sector in Collaboration with Administration
In collaboration with local authorities, we conduct visiting dance lessons called "Happy★Dance" at welfare facilities. Our aim is to promote the physical and mental health of children and adults with disabilities, support the shortage of care staff (reducing the burden of recreation, enriching daytime activities), and improve the quality of local welfare services, by directly engaging with the facilities.
■Diversity & Inclusion Training for Corporations
We provide experiential training to corporations to learn about diversity. In addition to lectures, through dance and improvisation work, we encourage a shift from "intellectual understanding of diversity" to "experiential understanding of diversity," leading to the promotion of DE&I within organizations, improved communication, and updated values.
■Approach to School Education
We conduct classes on the theme of diversity understanding in schools. By fostering children's "ability to accept differences" and "ability to collaborate with others" from an early age, we aim to transform society itself in the future.
