*How to spend the daytime*
Climb the slopes carrying a traditional basket on your back, or explore the forest. You can enjoy an old-fashioned "original experience" playing with your whole body.
*How to spend the nighttime*
Chat leisurely while watching the flames of the bonfire. Beside you, a cat curls up and falls asleep before you know it. Such a day in the satoyama is a common sight at Washinmura.
*About the facility*
Scattered across the premises are a 200-year-old traditional folk house, a nagayamon (gatehouse), tents, and Snow Peak Jyubako, where we live with the following animals:
- 15 rescue cats + 1 (living in the dormitory ๐ โจ)
- Goats
- Dogs
- Silkie chicken family

Under the guidance of a veterinarian and for the health management of the cats, we refrain guests from bringing in commercially available treats.
If you wish to give them treats, please purchase the treats sold at the Washinmura shop (carefully selected, additive-free, domestic ingredients, etc.).

- Cats roam freely on the premises. Please be careful if you have allergies.
- Animals are capricious, so we do not know which room they will visit. They will not always come.
