## Full Integration of Aurora AI Call and Aurora SMS

Media4u, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fabrica Holdings (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toru Iwadate), has implemented a major update for its voice AI agent 'Aurora AI Call', achieving full integration with the corporate SMS service 'Aurora SMS'.

This integration allows 'Voice (Voice AI)' and 'SMS', which were previously managed separately, to function seamlessly within a single system. It supports phone-based business digital transformation (DX) by enabling features like follow-ups after calls and real-time SMS delivery during conversations.

## Background of the Update

2. **Automated SMS for missed/voicemail calls**: AI automatically sends a predefined SMS, encouraging callbacks.
3. **Context-aware SMS selection**: AI analyzes the conversation and automatically sends the optimal SMS template after the call.
4. **SMS summary notification**: AI sends a summary of incoming calls to staff's mobile devices to simplify post-call work.
5. **Pre-call notification**: AI sends a notification SMS before automated outbound calls to improve answer rates.

'Aurora AI Call' is a cloud service that automates inbound, outbound, and multilingual responses 24/7. 'Aurora SMS' is a corporate SMS distribution service connected directly to major carriers in Japan for high delivery reliability.
