Moderator Boost Capital Co., Ltd. Representative Director Mr. Takao Ozawa After graduating from Waseda University, he worked at SCSK and then established Bizseek in 1999, which was sold to Rakuten. He later founded Crocos and sold it to Yahoo, pursuing a path as an entrepreneur. At Rakuten, he was involved in launching the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles baseball team. At Yahoo, he expanded the e-commerce business, launched PayPay, and oversaw major acquisitions such as ZOZO, Ichikyu, and ASKUL, before becoming Representative Director President CEO of Yahoo in 2022. In 2024, he established Boost Capital, which features hybrid functions of venture capital and private equity, and in 2025, he established Boost Consulting, specializing in AI.

Panelists Mirrativ, Inc. Representative Director CEO Mr. Junichi Akagawa After graduating from the Faculty of Environmental and Information Studies at Keio University, he joined DeNA as a new graduate in 2006. As the youngest executive officer, he managed overseas business and browser game business, while also handling strategic investments and launching multiple new businesses. In 2015, he launched 'Mirrativ' as a DeNA business. In February 2018, he completed a management buyout (MBO) of the Mirrativ business from DeNA and founded Mirrativ, Inc. The company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in December 2025. Under the mission 'Connecting the desire to understand each other,' the company is developing a new form of community and place of belonging originating from Japan.

Goodpatch Inc. Representative Director & CEO Mr. Naofumi Tsuchiya After working as a web director, he was involved in startup support at a design company in San Francisco. In September 2011, he established Goodpatch Inc. He assumed office as Director of Studio Details Inc. in December 2021, Director of Muture Inc. in April 2022, Executive Officer CDXO of Marui Group Co., Ltd. in June 2023, Director of Marui Unite Co., Ltd. in September 2024, Representative Director President of People & Design Co., Ltd. in October 2024, and Representative Director of Layermate Inc. in October 2025.

Finatext Holdings Ltd. Co-founder / Representative Director President CEO Mr. Ryota Hayashi After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo in 2008, he studied computer science at the University of Bristol in the UK and joined the technology division of Deutsche Bank London as the first Japanese new graduate hired locally. He later moved to the Global Markets division, where he engaged in institutional sales across London and Europe. After working at a hedge fund, he co-founded Finatext Co., Ltd. (currently Finatext Holdings Ltd.) in December 2013. Currently, the Finatext Group operates in three segments: financial infrastructure for securities, insurance, and lending; data/AI; and solution development, promoting the construction of financial infrastructure in the AI era.
