Funabashi Horse Racing Session 3 Features Wakashio Sprint and 2026 Jockeys Championship

The Chiba Prefecture Horse Racing Association announced the 3rd racing session at Funabashi Racecourse from June 1 to 5, 2026. This "Early Summer Fresh Week" features the Wakashio Sprint (SIII) on June 4, a crucial 1200m dirt race for 3-year-olds where the winner earns priority entry to the Yushun Sprint. On June 2, the 2026 Regional Horse Racing Jockeys Championship will host 14 top jockeys competing for a spot in the JRA World All-Star Jockeys event.
