The Digital Salon Association (located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "the Association"), operated by Eye Universe Inc., will begin offering "Digisalo DX," a regular AI training program for the beauty industry, starting in April 2026. This program is jointly promoted under a business alliance between Eye Universe Inc. and GIVE-FORWARD Inc., with the aim of standardizing AI/DX literacy and improving operational efficiency across the entire beauty industry.

In recent years, while AI utilization has accelerated in many industries such as food and beverage, real estate, and e-commerce, the beauty salon industry often hears voices saying, "I want to use AI, but I don't know where to start." The challenge of limited learning opportunities for individual staff and slow DX promotion across the entire organization is a common concern for salons nationwide. "Digisalo DX" responds to these on-site needs by providing a continuous learning system that enables the entire salon to grow into an organization that can "master" AI.

Background of Launch | Confirmation of Positive Feedback from Trial Training

On March 19, 2026, prior to the official launch, a trial training session titled "AI x Salon Revolution" was conducted at the beauty salon "SENJYU." In a post-training survey, which included participants from management to stylists, the AI utilization motivation score (out of 10 points) recorded a perfect score for all participants. More than half of the participants responded that they "actively want to continue learning," confirming a strong need for regular AI training in the beauty industry.
