In this session, under the theme of "Towards a 'Living' Job-Based HR that Doesn't Become a Mere Formality: Job-Based AI Utilization Techniques Realized by Latest Technology," we explained the real challenges faced by companies introducing job-based HR and practical solutions utilizing AI, including implementation examples.

While the number of companies introducing job-based HR has certainly increased in recent years, there is a continuous stream of feedback such as "JDs created once are left unupdated" and "I don't know what has changed," indicating that "formalization" is occurring in many companies where the system exists but employees don't feel its impact. The fundamental cause of this is the "low quality" and "lack of freshness" of JDs (Job Descriptions). Because they are unusable, they are not utilized, and because they are not utilized, they are not maintained. We unraveled this reality, where this vicious cycle leads to formalization, based on data and feedback from the field.
As a means to break this structure, we introduced a non-formalized operational design utilizing the job-based AI "Job-Us." It automatically proposes optimal JDs by reading each company's organizational policies and business information, and continuously monitors quality and freshness with an AI-powered "JD Score" function. The well-maintained JDs are then linked to job evaluation, goal setting, placement, and career development. By having AI support this series of operations, the previously high hurdles for introducing and operating job-based HR are significantly lowered, and we strongly conveyed the possibility of realizing "living" job-based HR.
