Through a single interactive interface, it continuously monitors network activity, investigates and addresses anomalies, thereby reducing resolution times, minimizing manual effort, and preventing problems before they impact users.

Unlike traditional AI tools that wait for prompts, Agent ONE Coworker operates proactively, presenting insights within workflows and guiding decision-making. Its "Nudge" feature provides timely and context-based recommendations, translating insights into immediate actions.

For example, it can detect increased Wi-Fi congestion in schools and recommend or automatically apply fixes, or identify recurring POS delays in retail stores and suggest prioritizing traffic during peak hours, thus transforming patterns into actionable decisions.
