GREEN x EXPO 2027 Calls for Sponsors (7th Round)

The Japan Association for the 2027 International Horticultural Expo (Chairman: Yoshinobu Tsutsui, Location: Naka-ku, Yokohama) has launched new sponsorship applications for the 'Outdoor and Indoor Exhibition Project,' 'Co-creation Competition Project,' 'Double I Project (Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment),' and 'Guest Reception Project' as part of the 'Project Sponsorship' menu for GREEN x EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Expo). Positioning sponsorship as one of its co-creation projects, the association is seeking co-creation partners to mutually enhance the appeal of GREEN x EXPO 2027 and strive together toward realizing the theme of 'Creating the Scenery of Tomorrow for Happiness.' ● Newly Opened Sponsorship Menus [Outdoor and Indoor Exhibition Project] This project seeks sponsorships from companies possessing technologies, services, materials, and equipment that contribute to promoting energy conservation and carbon neutrality. Sponsors can support the gardens and exhibitions symbolizing the greenery, agriculture, food, and culture of various regions across Japan by providing services, goods, and funds to enliven GREEN x EXPO 2027. - Exhibitor nameplates (including official participants) - Staff uniforms - Heat countermeasures (sunshades, rain covers, mist systems) - Air conditioning equipment (air curtains, etc.) - Temperature control systems for plants (reefer containers, etc.) - Visual equipment (signage) and audio equipment - Security equipment (security cameras) - Planting and landscaping (including materials and labor) - Paving (including painting) and paving paint only - Visitor organization equipment (rope partitions, traffic cones), etc. [Co-creation Competition Project] This project is seeking sponsorship partners for the 'GREEN x EXPO 2027 Co-creation Competition.' GREEN x EXPO 2027 plans to hold a competition evaluating gardens, exhibitions/presentations, and products (ornamental plants such as flowers, flower arrangements, bonsai, etc.) for official and general participants exhibiting outdoors or indoors. In addition to these competitions, a co-creation competition will be held covering various activities, initiatives, and creations (garden designs, paintings, essays, etc.) inside and outside the venue, before and during the event. This aims to promote understanding and interest in the Expo's purpose, themes, and sub-themes, enhance attractive content, and encourage changes in awareness and behavior toward solving global challenges. - Comprehensive management and administration of the co-creation competition - Management and administration of co-creation competitions related to specific themes [Double I Project] Under the theme 'Creating the Scenery of Tomorrow for Happiness,' GREEN x EXPO 2027 will implement the 'Double I Project.'
