At Excitive Inc., under our philosophy of "Together, from 0 to 1, for a thrilling tomorrow," we aim to connect people with people, and the city with people, bridging the possibilities in between to create new value and experiences.
Kobe, as a port city, has fostered diverse cultures, unique spaces, and many charming people. However, we feel that these attractions often exist as "dots" and are not fully conveyed.
By connecting these "dots," we hope to create opportunities for people to gather and the city to come alive.

Heart-Pounding Moments Born from a Glass of Beer
Excitive Inc. operates events and stores centered around "craft beer."
Through these venues, we aim to provide value that enriches the hearts of everyone involved, giving rise to new encounters, challenges, emotions, and heart-pounding moments.
Craft beer has the power to naturally connect people.
Conversations sparked by sharing a glass, and experiences deepened by encountering the passion of the brewers and the dedication of the sellers.
We believe that each of these accumulated moments will remain in people's memories and eventually spread as charm.

A Track Record of Connections Built in Kobe
We have undertaken various initiatives in Kobe to date.
"KOBE BEER JAMBOREE," a seller-focused beer festival now in its third year, has created a platform for sellers nationwide (such as beer bars and bottle shops) to connect directly with visitors, fostering new flows of interaction in Kobe.
Additionally, at "CHEERS PLOGGING KOBE," a beer festival that cleans the city, we combine "plogging" (a fitness activity that mixes jogging with picking up litter) with craft beer, proposing a new culture of engaging with the city while having fun.
Furthermore, we have co-hosted plogging events for Hyogo Prefecture's "Clean Up Hyogo Campaign," contributing to the region in collaboration with the local government.
We have also been involved in revitalizing central Kobe, with "SANKITA BEER SOCIAL" being adopted as a Sankita Plaza utilization promotion project.
These efforts have been recognized, leading to our selection as one of "Hyogo's Top 100 Companies."
Through each of these activities, we have repeatedly witnessed moments where the city comes alive as people connect.

"FRONT(078)" – A "Gateway" to Kobe
In October 2025, we will open "FRONT(078)," offering craft beer and natural wine in Kobe's Tor West area.
The name of this establishment embodies our desire to "become a new gateway to Kobe."
Like a hotel front desk, we aspire to be a "gateway" where anyone can casually drop by, where people naturally meet, and where something new begins. For first-time visitors to Kobe, it's a casual stop for a drink. For locals, it's a place where new encounters are born. And for some, it becomes a catalyst for their next step.
The number "078" not only signifies Kobe's iconic area code but also reflects our feelings as individuals born in this city, who love this city, and have returned to it.
FRONT(078) aims to be a "starting point" where people and the city connect, and new stories are born.

To Revitalize Kobe and Enhance the City's Value
Our dream is to revitalize Kobe through craft beer and further enhance the charm and value of this city.
Craft beer is merely a means; the goal is "to connect people."
We believe that as these connections grow, new currents will emerge in the city, enriching the value of Kobe as a place.
We want to continue this challenge: gradually changing the future of the city, not through something extraordinary, but through a single glass in everyday life.
