Exa Begins Integrated Offering of SAP S/4HANA® Cloud Licensing, Implementation, and Utilization Support for Mid-Sized Manufacturing Companies

Exa Corporation (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yuuta Hayashi; hereinafter "Exa") has entered into a 'SAP® PartnerEdge Sell Partner' agreement with SAP Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshiro Horikawa; hereinafter "SAP Japan") in June 2026.

Under this agreement, Exa will now offer sales of SAP product licenses in addition to its existing SAP implementation and consulting services. The company will provide one-stop support from license procurement to system construction and post-implementation operation and utilization, accelerating the adoption of SAP S/4HANA® Cloud among mid-sized manufacturing companies.

Moving forward, Exa will actively promote the transition to data-driven management centered on SAP Cloud ERP by leveraging its proprietary 'EMSA™ (Emusa)' template and AI agents.

Accelerating Core Business Infrastructure Renewal for Mid-Sized Manufacturers

Traditional ERP implementations have often required significant time and cost for requirements definition, custom development, and system migration, with implementation periods extending up to two or three years. For mid-sized companies that require rapid decision-making and business transformation, such lengthy and costly processes have become major challenges.

At the same time, amid rapidly changing market conditions, manufacturing companies are increasingly required to establish management foundations that connect real-time data from operations and management to enable swift decision-making.

SAP Fit to Industry Assessment 'EMSA™ Fast Scan Service'

This service leverages the EMSA template to quickly assess the fit between a client's current operations and SAP's standard functions. Based on Exa's deep expertise in manufacturing, it visualizes the alignment between existing processes and SAP standards at an early stage, supporting decision-making during the evaluation phase and contributing to smooth project execution.

Advancing SAP Cloud ERP Utilization Through AI and Consultant Collaboration

In addition to traditional consultant-led support, Exa is developing new support frameworks that integrate digital technologies such as AI agents.

By having AI agents and consultants work collaboratively—accompanying clients from concept development through implementation to post-launch operation and utilization—Exa will continuously support business transformation and data utilization.
