Evisu Co., Ltd. (Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; Representatives Daiji Tomita, Yu Okamoto) will grand open "SAKE CRAFTERS Yanaka Ginza Store," a specialty sake kaku-uchi bar, in Tokyo's Yanaka Ginza Shopping Street on Thursday, April 9, 2026. To commemorate the opening, a "free sake tasting" event will be held from the same day, offering complimentary sake to the first 200 customers.

■ Background of the Opening: Intersection of Shopping Street Culture and Sake

Visiting breweries across the country, we have continuously held the desire to "create a place that directly connects the 'passion of the brewers' with the 'joy of the drinkers'." This desire has taken shape in Yanaka Ginza. Our company has previously operated "Kyushudo," a Kyushu specialty store, in the same shopping street, and is well-versed in the "food-strolling culture" unique to shopping streets and the "humanity and warmth of the downtown area."

We believe that the "easy-to-drop-by" atmosphere of this area is most compatible with the kaku-uchi style, where you can enjoy sake by the glass, leading to its rebirth as "SAKE CRAFTERS."
