Every WiLL Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, CEO: Toshiaki Sudo, hereinafter "Every WiLL"), which works to solve social issues in multiple regions through logistics x regional revitalization solutions, will begin introducing "Toriiku," a parcel pickup point where users receive points every time they use it, at AEON MALLs operated by AEON MALL Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, President: Keiji Ohno).

Starting July 1, 2026, "Toriiku" will commence operations next to the ATM area in the North Court on the 1st floor of "AEON MALL Musashi Murayama" in Musashimurayama City, Tokyo.

Integrating the "daily shopping" and "pickup of items purchased on e-commerce sites" experiences for customers visiting AEON MALL.

Through this initiative, we aim to create multifaceted value, including:

Improved convenience for AEON MALL users

- Receive "electronic points" such as WAON every time you pick up a package. - Pick up packages non-confrontationally and with peace of mind anytime you like.

Creation of opportunities for people to visit commercial facilities

Effective utilization of unused space

"Logistics efficiency" by consolidating delivery destinations for e-commerce purchases

Construction of logistics infrastructure supporting the region

What is "Toriiku," an unmanned pickup point connecting shopping and parcel pickup?

"Toriiku" is a "parcel pickup spot" service that can be easily installed in unused spaces of approximately 1.5 tsubo (about 5 sq meters) in commercial facilities, stores, stations, and public facilities, which are difficult to utilize as tenant spaces.

This service was developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a project eligible for subsidies under the "Promotion of Diverse Pickup Methods, etc. (FY2025)" initiative.

"Toriiku" is being deployed as new logistics infrastructure that improves logistics efficiency by consolidating parcel delivery destinations and eliminating redeliveries, while also effectively utilizing unused space, creating opportunities for people to visit facilities, and enhancing regional convenience.

[How Toriiku Works]

STEP 1: Delivery drivers deliver packages in bulk. Instead of individual deliveries for each recipient who purchased items on e-commerce sites, delivery efficiency is significantly improved by consolidating multiple packages to Toriiku. Furthermore, redeliveries of packages arriving at Toriiku are eliminated.

STEP 2: Pick up packages at your convenience, with no worries about package theft, and earn points. Users can pick up their packages non-confrontationally according to their own schedule, such as when shopping or going out. This realizes a new pickup experience where you can conveniently pick up packages within your daily routine, without having to wait 2-4 hours at home. It also helps reduce the hassle of requesting redeliveries and the anxiety of package theft.

Additionally, a system is in place where electronic points are awarded each time a package is picked up. Cooperation in improving logistics efficiency is returned as a benefit to the user.

STEP 3: Use parcel pickup as an opportunity for shopping and regional engagement. Users can enjoy shopping and dining while picking up their packages, which leads to the creation of opportunities for people to visit commercial facilities.

By transforming the parcel pickup location into a "place to stop by incidentally in daily life," it creates new value not only for users' convenience but also for the region and the facility.

Transforming the "Logistics Crisis" into "Regional Co-creation." A New System Connecting Social Issues.

With the expansion of the e-commerce market, demand for deliveries is increasing year by year. Meanwhile, the logistics industry is facing a severe shortage of drivers and an aging workforce.

Logistics is social infrastructure that supports our lives and economic activities, yet we are entering an era where its sustainability is being seriously questioned.

Until now, logistics issues were thought to be something that logistics providers should solve. However, with the ever-increasing volume of packages, it is becoming difficult to solve these issues solely through the efforts of delivery personnel.

Every WiLL views the logistics crisis as an issue that society as a whole should support, and has developed "Toriiku," an unmanned parcel pickup point (delivery spot), as a system that allows not only logistics providers but also commercial facilities, local governments, and users to participate.

By installing Toriiku in commercial facilities and other locations, delivery drivers can deliver multiple packages to a single point, leading to improved delivery efficiency.

Furthermore, facilities can create new value in their unused spaces, and users can pick up their packages conveniently during their daily shopping or commutes.

Logistics providers, commercial facilities, and users all cooperate little by little to support logistics. "Toriiku" is a new system that transforms the response to the logistics crisis into "regional co-creation."

Expected Effects at "AEON MALL Musashi Murayama" - Towards a New Daily Life of Picking Up Packages While Shopping -

Every WiLL believes that commercial facilities are important living hubs in their communities.

By installing parcel pickup points like Toriiku in commercial facilities visited by many people daily, users can pick up their packages while shopping, leading to improved convenience in their lives.

Furthermore, as a contribution to reducing the logistics burden, users will receive electronic points (such as WAON) each time they pick up a package.

For facilities, it also creates new value in previously difficult-to-utilize unused spaces and is expected to generate opportunities for visits triggered by parcel pickups.

Entrance to the "Toriiku" pickup point located next to the ATM area on the 1st floor of "AEON MALL Musashi Murayama." Provides a safe and secure pickup environment. "Toriiku" package storage space. Realizes a system where packages are temporarily stored and users can pick them up at their preferred time.
