TOYO Corporation (Head Office: Okegawa City, Saitama Prefecture / President: Hideo Nakamura), which operates under the management philosophy of "Smile Creation Business," is proud to announce that its "EVERYDAY Tottekiya Tokyo Main Store" (Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture), boasting the origin and world's first crane game installation count, will celebrate its 7th anniversary in July 2026. To commemorate this milestone, a special event exclusively for elementary school students and younger, titled "10 Yen Catcher Festival!," will be held starting July 1st, 2026.

During the event period, children who collect 7 special medals from the store's signature "10 Yen Catcher" will have a chance to win a premium experience: exclusive use of the corner for one hour before opening. A maximum of 24 children will be selected.

The "10 Yen Catcher," now popular in amusement facilities nationwide and beloved by a wide range of people from children to adults as an "affordable way to play" in times of rising prices, actually originated at our EVERYDAY Tokyo Main Store.

This project was born from our desire to offer children a special experience using the "10 Yen Catcher," the origin of this attraction, as a token of our gratitude for the past 7 years. We aim to re-establish the recognition that "EVERYDAY Tottekiya Tokyo Main Store is the birthplace of the 10 Yen Catcher" and, in line with our company's philosophy of "Smile Creation Business," provide children with unforgettable summer memories (smiles).

The idea came about when we saw a small child being pulled away by their parent, crying, while leaving one of our stores.

We witnessed parents scolding their children with phrases like "We're leaving because you can't get it," and children crying, wanting to play just one more time. This sparked a desire to prevent crane games from becoming a sad experience. That's when we conceived the "10 Yen Catcher." While typical crane games cost 100 yen per play, we reasoned that at 10 yen per play, children could enjoy themselves much more.

The 10 Yen Catcher, capable of generating so much joy and excitement with just a single 10-yen coin, represents the potential and hope for the future of the crane game industry.

Content: During this period, "special medals" will be inserted into the 10 Yen Catcher crane games. Children who acquire a total of 7 of these medals along with prizes while playing the 10 Yen Catcher will earn the right to apply for the exclusive use event.
