Euphoria Co., Ltd., a sports tech company based in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, represented by Miyata Makoto and Hashiguchi Hiroshi, has entered into a capital and business alliance with Sysmex Corporation, a global leader in clinical laboratory testing, based in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, represented by Matsui Ishine. Both companies will combine their assets to promote health through the integration of biological data and sports medicine/science-based behavioral data. They will also strongly advance the development and social implementation of new solutions in the healthcare and sports domains. The alliance addresses the challenge of fragmented "behavioral/exercise data" and "biological data (test data)" in condition management. Euphoria's "ONE TAP SPORTS" system supports athlete performance and is expanding into corporate employee health management. Sysmex, founded in 1968, operates in over 190 countries and regions, focusing on clinical laboratory testing and promoting "Healthcare Journey" optimization and POCT utilization in sports. The collaboration includes joint research to create new value standards and evaluation models based on the correlation between biological data and performance/health. They will also develop solutions by integrating "ONE TAP SPORTS" with Sysmex's POCT devices for widespread adoption in the sports community. Future plans include exploring AI utilization, such as analyzing accumulated data and leveraging Euphoria's proprietary multi-agent AI "QUARIA AI" for personalized health advice.
