■ About the 5th Installment of the 'Continuing to be Conceited: 40th Anniversary Thanks Fair' Limited-Time Menu
Toriten Mayo Kushikatsu
When the product development team was first established in the early days of Torikizoku, 'Toriten Mayo Kushikatsu' was the first creative skewer to be added to the menu. It recreates the famous 'Ebi-Mayo' (shrimp mayonnaise) devised by an iron chef on a popular TV program, using chicken instead. The house-made mayonnaise sauce, recreated based on the taste from the time of our founding, goes perfectly with the chicken tempura.
Chicken Halami with Plenty of Green Onion and Sweet Vinegar Sauce
Popular rare cut 'chicken skirt steak' (halami) is deep-fried until crispy and topped with plenty of green onions. This dish features a flavor profile enhanced by original spices and a sweet vinegar sauce that stimulates the appetite. It is available in a limited quantity of 350,000 servings.
*The offer will end once the planned quantity is reached.
*Availability varies by store. Some stores may not carry this item.
Onion Skewer - Soy Butter Sauce -
Onion skewers were requested by regular customers in our early days. This Reiwa version of the onion skewer has been carefully prepared to allow you to enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the onion. Bonito flakes and soy butter sauce bring out the sweetness of the onion.
Raw Kimchi with Chicken and Vegetables
Seared chicken is paired with cabbage and cucumber, then tossed in our signature 'Kochori' sauce and sesame oil. This 'raw' kimchi, which is eaten without fermentation, offers a crisp vegetable texture without any sourness.
■ About the 5th Installment of the 'Continuing to be Conceited: 40th Anniversary Thanks Fair' Limited-Time Desserts
On-Tama de Pudding
This is a dessert created by the product development team after much trial and error—is it a pudding!? A smooth custard sauce and a poached egg are placed on top of a waffle and finished with a maple-flavored sauce. It is a mysterious sweet where you can enjoy a pudding-like taste by breaking and mixing the poached egg while you eat. Please give it a try!
Strawberry Ice Manju - Milk Bean Paste -
Rich milk bean paste and whipped cream are wrapped in a chewy gyuhi rice cake and topped with strawberry ice cream. This is Torikizoku's original Western-style strawberry manju.
