Background: Issues surrounding young carers Young carers are often limited in their life choices, such as education, employment, and social relationships, due to their caregiving responsibilities. Additionally, challenges include limited opportunities to learn about or connect with support systems, and high psychological hurdles to seeking consultation.

Initiatives This project aims to establish a support system through the following initiatives:

・Establishment and operation of a LINE-based consultation service ・Planning and implementation of online salons and in-person events ・Development of a support model that circulates consultation, interaction, and re-consultation ・Strengthening support channels through collaboration with related organizations within the prefecture

Our Company's Strengths: A system based on a track record of supporting young carers Our company was established as an independent spin-off, based on the LINE consultation service for young carers implemented by the Young Carer Association, with the aim of operating it under a specialized and sustainable system.

The representative and members were responsible for launching and overseeing the operation of the LINE consultation service for young carers at the same association, accumulating a track record of operating 11 accounts and responding to over 2,000 consultations. They have also been involved in planning and operating in-person events and online salons, and collaborating with local governments.

Future Outlook Etape aims to realize a "society where young carers can choose their own lives" and will promote the establishment of an SNS-based support model and its expansion to various regions. Based on the knowledge gained through this project, we will strengthen collaboration with local governments, companies, and support organizations to create a system that reaches more children and young people.
