Earth Technology Group Announces Change of Representative Director and President

ET Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") announced a change in its Representative Director and President as follows, resolved at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and a board of directors meeting held on May 1, 2026. Concurrently, our group companies also transitioned to a new management structure on the same date.

Retiring: Representative Director and President Jiro Mamuro
Newly Appointed: Representative Director and President Masaya Hatamochi

I have been appointed and assumed the position of Representative Director and President. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all stakeholders, including our customers, partner companies, and employees, who have supported the Earth Technology Group since its establishment.
