Earth Technology Group Announces Change of Representative Director and President

ET Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") announced a change of Representative Director and President as follows, resolved at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and a board of directors meeting held on May 1, 2026. Concurrently, our group companies have also transitioned to a new structure on the same date.

Retiring Representative Director and President: Jiro Mamuro
Newly Appointed Representative Director and President: Masaya Hatamochi

Moving forward, our group will aim for further business growth and enhancement of corporate value under a new management structure.

I have been appointed and assumed the position of Representative Director and President. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all stakeholders, including our customers, partner companies, and employees, who have supported the Earth Technology Group since its establishment.

With the rapid evolution of AI, corporate DX is no longer merely a means of efficiency but is increasingly important as a management strategy to enhance adaptability to change and build competitive advantage.
