ES-CON ASSETS MANAGEMENT LTD. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takatoshi Ito)'s consolidated subsidiary, ES-CON SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT (hereinafter "ESE"), has announced the start of construction for a rental residence, '(Tentative Name) Dormy F-Village' (hereinafter, this property), within Hokkaido Ballpark F-Village (hereinafter "F-Village") in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido. This property is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2028 and will be operated and managed by Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Nakamura).

This property is a rental residence being developed for students and those working near F-Village, in conjunction with the opening of the Health Sciences University of Hokkaido scheduled for 2028 and the opening of the '(Tentative Name) F-Village Complex Facility' promoted by ESE. The common areas will be equipped with a dining hall, lounge space, large public bath, and sauna to create an environment for interaction and relaxation. From the perspectives of meals and security, it will provide a fulfilling and secure base for campus and working life. The ES-CON Group will contribute to the further diversification and development of F-Village and contribute to the integrated community development of the area.
