Otolio Begins Providing Integration with Garoon Calendar

Epicbase Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takayoshi Matsuda) has commenced offering an integration feature with the Garoon calendar, a groupware provided by Cybozu Co., Ltd., for its AI agent service 'Otolio,' which automatically executes all meeting-related tasks such as minute taking. With this new feature, by simply registering appointments in the Garoon calendar they normally use, meeting minutes and email drafts are automatically completed immediately after the meeting. The calendar integration feature, which previously supported Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, now also supports Garoon, enabling companies, government agencies, and local authorities that use Garoon as their internal groupware to introduce Otolio without altering their existing operations. Features of the integration: 1. Automatic completion of meeting minutes and email drafts from appointments registered in Garoon. By simply registering appointments in the Garoon calendar as usual, meeting minutes are automatically created in your preferred format after the meeting, and email drafts for related parties are automatically generated. From meeting preparation to recording and follow-up, no additional work beyond entering appointments in Garoon is required. 2. Compatible with any web conferencing tool. Otolio recognizes web conference URLs, and a bot automatically participates in meetings regardless of the web conferencing tool used, such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. You can use Otolio as is, without changing how web conference URLs are handled on Garoon. 3. Can be introduced without changing existing Garoon operations. No settings changes or review of operational rules on the Garoon side are necessary; it can be used simply by registering appointments on the internal Garoon as before.
