EPEIOS JAPAN to Launch the Renewed Drip Kettle FLOW M900 From May 15, 2026

EPEIOS JAPAN Co., Ltd. announced that its lifestyle solutions brand EPEIOS will release the renewed “Drip Kettle FLOW M900” sequentially by color starting May 15, 2026. The product will be available through the official EPEIOS website, Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, and other official stores, followed by a broader rollout at retailers across Japan. FLOW M900 is the successor to the original Drip Kettle CP001, released about four years ago. The CP001 was developed under barista supervision with the goal of creating the ultimate drip kettle. It gained strong support from professionals, including Hidenori Izaki, the first Asian winner of the World Barista Championship, thanks to its precise pouring control and 1°C temperature adjustment. It also won a Best Buy award in a home appliance magazine’s ranking of electric kettles for coffee. Since its 2022 debut, EPEIOS drip kettle products, including the CP001, Drip Kettle Lite, and LUX series, have reached cumulative sales of 150,000 units. The new M900 keeps the same 900 ml capacity and gooseneck spout, making it suitable for both hand-drip coffee and everyday uses such as cooking. The 9 mm spout supports everything from fine pouring for coffee to stronger flow for cooking. Compared with the previous model, the longer spout reach makes it less likely to interfere with the dripper, allowing smoother and less stressful pouring. The spout tip is adjusted by hand to achieve precise pouring control. The lid has also been upgraded to a stainless-steel lid comparable to the higher-end LUX600 model, giving the kettle a more stylish look. The power base has been upgraded with a larger dial and larger digital display. Temperature can now be adjusted from 38°C to 100°C in 0.5°C increments, offering finer control than the previous 1°C setting for coffee, warm water, tea, black tea, and other beverages. The power cord is now detachable for easier storage and can be replaced if cable issues occur. Separate replacement cables or longer cords will not be available at launch in May 2026. Other features include memory for the previous temperature setting, keep-warm functionality for up to 59 minutes, a count-up timer useful for hand dripping, and switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit displays. The lineup includes 11 color variations: two basic single-color models, five models with wood-design handles, and four models with wood-design handles and power bases. Estimated market prices are ¥14,960 including tax for the basic models, ¥15,960 for the wood-handle models, and ¥16,960 for the wood-handle and wood-base models.
