Fujinomiya City Signs Two Agreements on Resource Recycling and Emergency Waste Disposal

EnviroPro Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President and CEO: Fumikatsu Sano, hereinafter "the Company") announced that on July 2, 2026 (Thu), it signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on the Promotion of Resource Recycling" with Fujinomiya City. In addition, Econecol Corporation (Headquarters: Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President and CEO: Fumikatsu Sano, hereinafter "Econecol"), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, signed an "Agreement on the Disposal of Non-burnable Waste in Fujinomiya City in Emergencies" with Fujinomiya City.

A signing ceremony was held at Fujinomiya City Hall on the same day, and we are pleased to announce this.

1. Overview of the Agreements

Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on the Promotion of Resource Recycling (Fujinomiya City and the Company) This agreement establishes a basic framework for mutual cooperation and collaboration between the city and the Company to promote resource recycling, reduce waste, and improve the recycling rate in Fujinomiya City. As Fujinomiya City promotes resource recycling within the city by utilizing advanced waste treatment examples and the technology and know-how of businesses, the Company Group will contribute to its promotion by leveraging its expertise in resource recycling. This agreement does not involve any legal obligations or financial expenditures.

Agreement on the Disposal of Non-burnable Waste in Fujinomiya City in Emergencies (Fujinomiya City and Econecol) This agreement is in preparation for situations where shredding treatment at the Fujinomiya City Cleaning Center becomes difficult due to repairs, power outages, troubles, suspensions, natural disasters, large-scale fires, etc. Econecol Corporation, a general waste disposal licensed contractor in the city, will cooperate in the disposal of non-burnable waste, aiming to ensure a stable waste disposal system.
