Amid growing interest in the "GX League (GX-ETS)" established to promote corporate decarbonization management, this webinar will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of the overall system and the responses required from companies.

This webinar will clarify the objectives of the GX League and the roles expected of participating companies, and introduce the mechanisms and latest trends of the GX-ETS (Emissions Trading System) which will be fully implemented from fiscal year 2026. The GX League, which started in fiscal year 2023, has undergone a preparation period, and the full-scale introduction of GX-ETS began in fiscal year 2026. First, we will organize the background, objectives, and participation requirements of the GX League, and confirm its policy positioning towards 2050 carbon neutrality and 2030 reduction targets. In addition, regarding GX-ETS, which is a major initiative of the League and may require action from practitioners, we will explain key points focusing on discussions at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's subcommittee. This content is designed for companies looking to accelerate decarbonization management and those closely watching trends in decarbonization, allowing them to grasp both system understanding and practical responses at once.
